Ilana’s fastidious approach to executive search led her to establish ALMA Search in 2018. Discretion, dedication, and a deep appreciation for authentic relationships in business form the DNA of ALMA. Ilana’s early career includes international awards for piano and dance, including an offer to train with the Royal Ballet School in London. Later in life, while living in Argentina, she led a multinational professional services firm's expansion into the Latin American market.
Fluent in Spanish, French, and Russian, Ilana’s genuine love for connecting clients with candidates is uninhibited by borders or language.
