Ilana’s fastidious approach to executive search led her to establish ALMA Search. Discretion, dedication and a deep appreciation for authentic relationships in business form the DNA of ALMA. Ilana’s early career includes international awards for piano and dance, including an offer to train with the Royal Ballet School in London. Later in life, whilst living in Argentina, she led a multinational professional services firm's expansion into the Latin American market.
Fluent in Spanish, French and Russian, Ilana relishes discovering the unique characteristics of her clients and candidates and looks for fit both within and beyond the law. She is passionate about people, food, malbec and Latin dance, and she has an effervescent and enduring love for Bondi Beach at 7am.
